Description
Jack Lemmon at Cypress Point circa 1995.
Actor Jack Lemmon made twenty-five appearances at the AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am (formerly known as the Bing Crosby National Pro-Am), and failed to make the cut the same twenty-five times.
After the Oscar winner died in 2001, the tournament dedicated a trophy in his honor. The amateur who provides the most scoring help to his pro wins the Jack Lemmon Award.
Jack became the unoffical host of this tournament when Big Crosby passed away in 1977.
